Mob Rule

Hey, folks, I’ve never talked about music on this blog before, but this thing exists for me to talk about things I want to talk about so I’m just going to toss this out. I’m a bit of “hair metal” fan from back in the day and was happy to hear that two guys from a couple of my favorite bands are joining forces. Doug Pinnick, lead singer of King’s X and Reb Beach, former guitarist of Winger (and now playing with Whitesnake), have formed a band with Kelly Keaggy, drummer of Night Ranger, and Timothy Drury, the current keyboardist of Whitesnake, called The Mob. The album is being produced by Reb’s old bandmate Kip Winger and is expected to be released next year. King’s X will also have a new album out in September.
