About
the Awards

Comic
Book Conventions.com proudly presents the Connies, our 2nd Annual
Convention Awards. We would like to thank everyone who took
the time to vote, especially those Comic Pros who participated
in our Comic Pros Convention of the Year poll.
We
would also like to thank The
Pulse, Digital
Webbing, and the Scoop
for their support and help in spreading the word about the awards.
Finally, a special thanks to our sponsors - Comic
Art Community, DreamCon,
Splash Page Comic Art,
and SSS Comics - as
well as Al Rio and Shaynne
Corbett for doing such a great job with this year's version
of "Connie," our Official Convention Awards Mascot.
