About
the Awards

Comic
Book Conventions.com proudly presents the Connies, our inaugural
Convention Awards. We would like to thank everyone who took
the time to vote, especially those Comic Pros who participated
in our Comic Pros Convention of the Year poll.
We
would also like to thank Digital Webbing.com and the Scoop for
their support and help in spreading the word about the awards.
Finally, a special thanks to Mark K. for doing such a fine job
with "Connie," our Official Convention Awards Mascot
and to Austin Janowsky for coloring the artwork and passing
out Connie Cards at MegaCon 2003.
